The property is in Jubilee Court, a recent award-winning courtyard development on the site of a 19th Century coach-works, named after the Jubilee Dance Hall which was once also on this site.
The Jubilee Court property is in a quiet location but it is close to the centre of the town and is only a short walk from the Town's major attractions, the Alnwick Garden and Alnwick Castle.
Number 3 Jubilee Court is a warm, comfortable town house that sleeps five, with the possibility of two more in the sofa bed in the living room. The top floor has the master bedroom (with en suite) single bedroom, and a family bathroom. The first floor has a double bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a double sofa bed.
The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen diner, with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The house is equipped with two television sets, Freeview TV receiver, a DVD player, WiFi and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. As the property has no enclosed outdoor space, we regret we do not consider it suitable for pets. There is allocated off-road parking for one car within the courtyard.

The picturesque coastal village of Alnmouth, where there is a variety of good restaurants, pubs, tea-rooms and gift shops is only 4 miles away. Sailing enthusiasts will find available yacht and small boat moorings within the sheltered estuary and golfing enthusiasts will delight in the two courses close by; one being a fine 9-hole course adjacent to the beach and the other being a challenging 18-hole course at Foxton enjoying panoramic views. An expansive sweep of golden, sandy beach is perfect for a romantic barefoot stroll for those who enjoy listening to the lap of the waves and breathing the invigorating sea air. With easy access to explore the beautiful 20 mile stretch of Heritage coastline designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the east and the wild and lonely expanses of the heather-capped Cheviot Hills to the west. The nearest train station: Alnmouth - 4 miles. By Car: via A1 from the south, take Alnwick slip road onto A1068, drive to mini roundabout, turn left towards Town Centre, pass "Barter Books" and turn half-left at next junction. Go up Prudhoe Street, pass the Police Station on the left and turn 2nd right past the church into Howick Street. The entrance to Jubilee Court is on the right through an arch about 25 yards past the John Bull Pub. Payment can be by cash or Cheque.
